GTPL Hathway and Powertrac Group Announce Strategic Solar Investment in Gujarat

Introduction
GTPL Hathway Ltd. and POWERTRAC GROUP jointly announce a strategic investment of ₹600 crore to develop 150 MW of secured Solar Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects in Gujarat under the DREBP Scheme.
Backed by long-term Power Purchase Agreements with Gujarat DISCOM, this collaboration ensures strong revenue visibility and high project bankability, reinforcing confidence in the scalability of distributed renewable energy in the state.
This partnership marks a significant milestone in Powertrac Group’s growth journey as we move steadily towards our vision of achieving 1,000 MW (1 GW) of operational solar IPP capacity by 2030. Beyond capacity expansion, it reflects a shared commitment to strengthening India’s clean energy infrastructure and accelerating the energy transition.
